This LE sculpt by Steve Buddle for coolminiornot.com was a refreshing change of pace from all the major lines work I've been doing lately. She is a sweet looking girl glancing coyly up through her eyelashes yet with a sly smile on her face. I've done a bit of freehand work on her – runes on her blade, an angular pattern on the inside of the robe to match it's form and celtic knot work on the hem of the more flowing back. Tattoos adorn arm and thigh, and runes pattern the back of her shield, while a dragon sits patiently watchful on the front. All metal is painted with non-metallic metal technique, and the ribbons on flowing around her staff were sculpted from greenstuff to soften her angular lines. Hope you like her, she was a lot of fun to paint. :)
